I would personally like to thank you for the efforts made with the Team during the recent training day you hosted.
It was great to see individuals grow in confidence with call handling and prospecting. I would also like to thank you Paul for the consistent encouragement you gave to the Team; they said it was great to have the support around them during the training and not just to be left dialling endless amounts of data.
