I just wanted to send a quick message to say thanks for the training and advice, I feel a lot more confident on the phones and I know the help you have given will increase my sales.
I was prompted to write this email because as a result of one of my appointments made at the training, I did my first double deal. Mother and daughter came in yesterday after a phone call to re-negotiate the offer made, they then bought two cars with GAP, AUTO GLYM and FINANCE without giving a penny off the cars.
So, it was just to say thanks and I hope there will be more training booked with you in the future.
