Franchise opportunities for Training Consultants to join an established organisation who lead the way for Training and Coaching within the Automotive Industry working with Dealer Groups and Finance Companies. 

If you are a self-motivated, target driven individual who would like the opportunity to run your own Franchise within an enthusiastic passionate team, then this could be the ideal role for you.

You will connect with Clients from face-to-face meetings with business owners, to coaching and motivating Sales Teams to achieve their goals and objectives.

Due to our expansion, there is currently a territory vacancy available in the North East of England.

 The Role:

• Carrying out on site training and coaching

• Engaging with existing and prospective Clients

• Working closely with Finance Companies and Manufacturers

• Completing weekly and monthly reports

• Diary management and associated administration processes

• Representing the brand in a professional way at all times

Essential Skills we're looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Automotive Industry in a senior role

• Be professional

• Have good verbal and written skills

• Excellent communicator

• The desire to work within a Team

• Computer literate

• Organised and self-motivated

• Positive can-do attitude

• Hold a full UK driving licence

• Must have own vehicle
