Stephen has extensive motor trade experience up to Management level with multi franchise/volume brands overseeing large sales Teams. Stephen has made the switch from one of Scotland's largest motor retailer groups, where he operated at a senior level for several years.
Stephen is very process driven, passionate about delivering objectives and believes in high quality customer care to retain customers – “Look after your customers and they will look after you”.
His goal is to instil a strong TEAM culture with clear objectives, coupled with consistency and positive mindset which he believes is the key to success in any sales environment. Stephen’s positivity and enthusiasm is clearly evident when he delivers training, always striving to bring out the best, not only in the Team, but in each individual.
