Geoff Osborne Director

Geoff has a wealth of experience spanning 30 years in the automotive and financial service industry. He has motivated, coached and trained staff who have had no previous experience in the automotive industry, to become top class sales achievers.

In his sales career, he has been involved with volume and prestige sales including Ford, Rover, Jaguar, Vauxhall and Rolls Royce.  His journey climbing the corporate ladder has taken him through roles from salesman, sales manager and Director working for small independent Dealers, as well as PLC's.

With this experience behind him, he has an excellent understanding of the challenges facing his Clients in today’s demanding market place.  Geoff has built an excellent reputation as a Trainer for achieving results.  He has worked with most franchises in the UK and has also trained on behalf of manufacturers.

Geoff is passionate about excellent customer service, on which he coaches with enthusiasm. With his extensive industry knowledge and experience, he is able to train and motivate sales staff with expertise and professionalism.

 

Mark Hunt Senior Partner

Having worked for one of the UK’s most successful sales retailers for 18 years, performing a number of varied roles ranging across sales and operational functions, Mark has developed a wide and varied skill set. Contributing to numerous company wide initiatives and projects, whilst also supporting several new initiatives, he transformed the customer journey and experience within the business.

For the past 4 years, Mark has been responsible for driving performance across 50 stores within the South. During this time he has developed highly engaged teams consistently delivering outstanding results, both from a sales and customer perspective. Mark passionately believes high performance should be fun and applies this philosophy to deliver engaging and informative coaching sessions.

With a real passion for service and innovation, Mark draws on his experience and best practice gathered from a number of industries. During his training Mark will challenge delegates mindsets and encourage sales teams to think outside the box when exploring ways to deliver a high level of customer service and achieve a positive memorable experience for all customers.

 

Charlie Adams Senior Partner

With his automotive experience working for prestige and volume brands, Charlie has a strong understanding of manufacturers expectations and customer needs. Charlie has also worked as a Sales Executive for a large PLC Telecoms Company where he was involved in selling high-tech communication systems. With his extensive knowledge of sales and sales processes, he is able to create fresh and exciting ideas for his delegates.

Charlie has current and up-to-date first hand experience of the challenges that salesmen face on a day-to-day basis. He is able to engage, motivate and to inspire sales people to succeed in achieving their goals.

With a fun but professional approach, Charlie is passionate that the right attitude and self-belief are the key foundations to a salesman’s success. This up-beat and confident approach reflects in his passionate training style.

 

Ashley Stillwell Senior Partner

Ashley has spent the last 15 years in management & leadership roles; coaching, supporting and developing teams to increase service levels while putting the customer first. He has transformed the customer journey by optimising digital channels and led significant growth in financial businesses for 2 major telecommunication companies. Prior to this he held senior multichannel and divisional roles for High Street brands, nationally across the UK and Ireland.

Ashley has spent the last few years specialising in developing an assisted sales journey and improving customer retention by implementing technology within the customer experience for retail and ecommerce.

Ashley has a passion for delivering excellence in team engagement, leadership skills and improving business growth and customer loyalty. His aim is to provide clients with a fun and exciting experience, offering them world class training with fantastic results.

Training should be challenging, fun and engaging at the same time, delivering value in experiences and business enrichment. Ashley includes different industry experiences in his training with a wide and varied training agenda.

 

Steve Anderson Senior Partner

Steve’s experience spans 20 years in the retail industry from customer service to sales. He was very quickly fast tracked to Manager during the early part of his career and was responsible for training and developing Salespeople to drive performance, provide great customer service and increase customer retention.

In recent years, Steve held a Regional Manager’s role and was responsible for launching new products to market, developing regional plans, managing change and training new systems and processes. For the last 3 years his region was nominated Region of the Year.

During his career, Steve has always been recognised for very high standards and has excelled in his profession winning awards and incentives for his achievements in record sales and customer performance.

Steve prides himself in being very focussed, performance driven and professional at all times. He believes “it’s all about the customer journey” and has an inclusive style which encourages those around him to be involved. His training sessions are clear and concise but he also likes to add some fun into the mix to keep his sessions lively and interactive.

Degree educated at Sheffield University and with a long history of retail experience, Steve has the perfect credentials for delivering training within Hayward & Partners.
